The best food. Fried cod with onions marinated in red wine. Very good. Another day with a full stomach... grilled mackerel, soup, wine, with coffee. 5 euros. .... the best....

Café with a lunch menu every day. Friendly staff and well-prepared, tasty food. No need for advertising, it's already quite busy every day at this time ;) Relatively affordable, I recommend at least one visit.

Excellent, cooked like home food, a place where locals themselves choose to eat. Very friendly. Very good value for money.

Wow, an amazing hidden gem in the country. Jam packed with locals, we had to wait for a table and salivate over the food getting served while we waited at the counter. Once we got your table the food was served quickly and we chose the Panados de Peru and huge Francesinha's. The francesinha sauce was quite possibly the best I have tasted in Porto. The panados were tender and juicy and accompanied by rice and fresh cut potato chips. At a cost of only 7,50 for the meal, soup, wine, bread and coffee is amazing. Highly recommend a vist to Cafe Santa Isabel!

Very good Portuguese food. A great restaurant where locals love to eat. If you want to escape the city's tourism, this is the right place for you.
